Tuesdays With Morrie is a heart-warming play that combines comedy, drama and poignancy and blends them perfectly. As Mitch Albom approached midlife, he reconnected with his college professor Morrie as Morrie prepared to die from ALS. The book based on how Morrie’s life lessons change Mitch was a major success and the script will delight any fan of the book. The play is a simple study of the young and the old as the two characters bare their hearts and their souls in this study of life and death.

February 19: Why is it called upstage? and other fun facts led by Lowell Williams, YTP's Playwright-in-Residence

Yellow Taxi Productions held our 2008 Gala Saturday, November 8th from 8-11pm at the Courtyard Marriott in Nashua. Sponsored by RBC Wealth Management, this year's event included a silent auction, live entertainment by Jackie Bellows, Tajoura Davis, Jed Holland, Barbara Lawlor, and Yolanda Farina and the premiere of three short plays with political themes: "Tricentennial with the Bushes" by Warren Perry directed by Phil Allen and featuring Gail Angellis, Andrea DeFeo and Dawn Tucker, "On a Warm November Day" by David Preece, directed by Suzanne Delle and featuring Gina Carballo and Doug Chilson and "Paper Vote" by Deb Matson featuring Suzanne Delle, Lindsay Duso and Eric Skoglund.
The evening was hosted by Erica Newhall and Eric Skoglund. Jay Minkarah honored Liz Racioppi for her service to the Nashua arts community and Doug Chilson was honored for his continuing artistic involvement with Yellow Taxi through a highlight reel of just some of his most memorable roles. Artistic Director Suzanne Delle presented the Legacy Award to her mother and YTP Board Member Carol Delle. Thanks to the Gala committee and all attendees for supporting Yellow Taxi Productions!
